Catered Hot Buffet menu is not available during
the months of June, July, August or September.
- In
order to have this menu fully catered, there must be
a minimum of 100 adults.
- If
there are any children, (over and above the minimum
of 100 adults), you can subtract $3.00 from the
prices listed.
children are considered from ages 3 to 9.
- The
buffet must be at least 32 feet long.
we cover the buffet table and beverage table
with a white plastic table cloth.
- It is
important to remember that this is an
all-you-can-eat buffet.
your guests may return to the buffet as many
times as they would like.
however, anything left on the table goes home
with the caterer.
- There
are no doggie bags.
- Final
reservations are due five days prior to the meal.
- Final
menu selections are due two weeks prior to the meal.
- Gratuity
is not included in the initial price.
if you wish to include any amount, our
workers greatly appreciate the gesture.
- Wedding
receptions are automatically charged .50 cents extra
per person.
- This
is due to the fact that a reception takes a longer
time span to serve from start to finish.
also, the bridal party is served family
style.
- If
the caterer has to wait more than 1 half hour over
your original starting time, an additional $35.00
will be charged. for every 30 minutes, it will be an additional $35.00.
