Wedding Buffet - Guidelines
  • This menu is served strictly buffet style. However, if you wish to have your bridal table served, we will do so for no additional charge.

  • We must have at least 24 feet of table space to display the buffet properly. An additional table is needed for the beverages.

  • Your food is left on the buffet table for two hours. This allows plenty of time for your guests to eat.  (example: if you wish to eat at 6:00, we will serve until 8:00.  Before we leave, the majority of food which is left is placed on disposable trays and left for you to take home.) It is always a good idea to bring saran wrap of foil so you can carry the leftover food home.

  • We will cut your wedding cake if you wish.  however, this must be done within the 2 hour span that we serve the buffet.  the bridal party is then responsible for serving the cake.

  • The tables that we cover with white table cover include only the buffet and beverage.

  • Contracts are issued with a $200.00 deposit required to secure a desired date. The invoice is brought to the job and the balance is expected at that time. Cash or personal checks are acceptable.

  • In order for wegman’s catering to come and completely cater for your occasion, you must have a minimum of 100 adults.  If there are any questions, please call us at (610) 689-9562 or 689-9563 any weekday 9:00 to 5:00.
